
With over 30 years of international leadership experience, Jill brings a proven track record in strategic commercial negotiation, fundraising, and cross-cultural leadership across the cultural, nonprofit, and media sectors.

Her career began in senior roles at Bloomberg, CNBC, Reuters, Al Jazeera, and Euronews, focusing on complex commercial negotiations, global content distribution, and partnership development. These experiences honed her ability to balance stakeholder priorities, secure high-value agreements, and drive sustainable growth.
​
Building on this commercial foundation, she transitioned into the nonprofit and cultural sectors, focusing on governance, fundraising, and institutional partnerships.
As Executive Director of Redress, a global NGO headquartered in Hong Kong, she led an international team, forged global alliances, and secured resources to advance the sustainable fashion agenda. Currently, as a consultant to the American Friends of the Musée d’Orsay et l'Orangerie, she develops strategies that increase revenues, expand sponsorships, and strengthen cross-cultural partnerships in support of two of France’s most iconic cultural institutions.
